911 AirDrop :: HAB

Rapid-Deploy Shelter Infrastructure System

Patent Pending

Create a scalable, air-deployable, long-term housing and infrastructure system capable of transforming disaster relief, refugee support, and impoverished villages into self-sufficient, insulated, and medically supported communities in less than 48 hours.

I. SYSTEM OVERVIEW

  • 911 HAB Core : Inflatable-to-structural housing unit hardened via foam-injection

  • 911 SkidBase : Manifold base with plug-and-play HVAC, plumbing, power, water/sewer

  • 911 AirDrop Platform : Autonomous drone and parachute-based delivery of shelter kits

  • 911 Utility Add-Ons : Solar, HVAC, foam cure kits, filtration, waste-to-energy, cold-chain

  • Sub-Brand Extensions : Greenhouses, mobile clinics, food pod storage, nutrition, wells

  • 911 MfgCell : Onsite manufacturing module with seam welders, cutters, and field-scale vinyl production

II. UNIT SPECIFICATIONS (PER HAB)

  • Footprint : 12 ft x 20 ft (240 sq ft)

  • Stackable : Yes, 2-story capable

  • Deployment Time : Less than 4 hours

  • Lifespan : 7 to 10 years field-rated

  • Insulation : R-18 to R-30

  • Fire Rating : Class A (ASTM E84)

  • Cost per Unit : $155 to $200 (mass production)

III. FOAM AGENT CANDIDATES

  • Water-Blown PU Foam : CO2-expanding rigid foam, Cheap, safe, strong, Needs expansion tuning, mass scalable

  • Self-Foaming Epoxy Resin : High structural rigidity, Strong, adheres to vinyl, Higher cost, slower cure

  • UV-Cured Structural Foam : Hardened on-demand, Fast outer-shell hardening, Requires UV exposure

  • Ceramic-Infused FR Foam : Flameproof and strong, Fire-resistant, insulative, Best for medical or urban deployment

  • Bio-Based Polyol Foam : Agricultural oil-derive,| Eco-friendly, affordable, Ongoing R\&D with suppliers

Foam Application Engineering Notes:

  • Wall Fill Volume (Est.): ~70–100 lbs foam per unit @ 2" average thickness

  • Expansion Control: Use pressure-relief ports or staged port fills

  • Cure Heat Management: Reaction temperatures can exceed 200°F; avoid enclosed flashpoints

  • Safety Gear: Ventilation, gloves, full face shield, and suit during injection

  • Pump Spec: 2-part low-pressure spray rig or prefilled mix packs with manual press injectors

IV. FIRE HAZARD MITIGATION

  • Fire retardant additives (boric acid, expandable graphite, TCPP)

  • Intumescent exterior spray-on coatings

  • Foam segmentation to prevent thermal bridging

  • Pressure-relief vent inserts and thermal sensor pouches

V. SUB-BRAND EXPANSIONS

  • 911 GreenCrate : Greenhouse pod with hydroponics and vertical farming

  • 911 ShowerCell : Shower and sanitation pod with heating and greywater recycling

  • 911 ReliefLoo : Compost toilet pod with vent stack and privacy structure

  • 911 ChillVault : Refrigerated food/medicine storage with solar input and vacuum insulation

  • WavePod Power : River/ocean kinetic generator for off-grid energy generation

  • 911 Kiosk : Triage AI, drone uplink, and communications hub with diagnostics

VI. CENTRAL UTILITY HUB

911 UtilityHub

  • Powers up to 10 HAB units via:

  • Gravity-fed plumbing lines

  • Centralized HVAC trunk

  • 12V/24V/48V DC microgrid output

  • Potable/grey/black water routing

  • Roof-top solar, waste digesters optional

  • Connects via snap-in bridge manifold arms

VII. EXTERIOR COATING AND AESTHETIC TREATMENT

  • Spray-on coatings provide:

  • UV protection to prolong vinyl lifespan

  • Weather resistance and color customization

  • Mold/mildew resistance with breathable sealants

  • Color-coded zones for wayfinding, aesthetics, or local identity

Options include textured elastomeric paint, silicone-acrylic blends, and fire-rated ceramic coatings

VIII. COMPARABLE RAPID HOUSING SYSTEMS

X. IMPACT MODEL

  • $200/unit = 5x cheaper than UN shelters, 50x cheaper than container homes

  • 1,000 units = shelter for 4,000 lives with UtilityHub and Kiosk integration

  • Scalable deployment via drone, truck, or parachute

  • Nutritional, spiritual, and clinical support via sub-brand pods

XI. STRATEGIC EDGE

  • No existing competitor offers hardened foam-based inflatable shelters with infrastructure interconnectivity

  • $200 target puts permanent shelter within reach of every aid organization

  • Fully modular “Village Drop Kit” can transform any remote or disaster-stricken zone in hours

  • Field production enabled via ManuCell to scale output on-site in remote or high-need regions
