Invitation to Join the Board of Directors

Design Team Collaboration

Jocko Willink,

I am writing to invite you to participate as a strategic Board Member within Design Team Collaboration and the broader Intl. Collaboration Centers initiative. Your background is uniquely aligned with the mission we are building: disciplined leadership, operational security, youth development, international execution, corrective-action culture, and American-made innovation.

As our platform expands into national and international activity involving youth, engineers, doctors, consultants, corporate partners, manufacturing teams, DHS-aligned contractor programs, emergency medical informatics, and global innovation centers, we need leadership voices capable of setting the tone before complexity becomes disorder.

Your military experience would be invaluable in helping define the security culture for international travel, global site activity, youth participation, partner engagement, and field operations. The Intl. Collaboration Centers will require more than ambition; they will require situational awareness, standards of conduct, travel discipline, protective protocols, leadership accountability, and practical systems that keep people focused, safe, and mission-ready. Your work through Echelon Front also aligns directly with our need to build leadership programs that do not merely inspire people, but correct behavior, sharpen accountability, and turn fragmented teams into execution-ready units.

Design Team Collaboration interfaces with businesses, design teams, technical consultants, students, manufacturing groups, and investors. A leadership framework grounded in ownership, discipline, decentralized execution, and direct corrective feedback would help us build a stronger operating culture from the beginning.

A specific area where your involvement could have an exceptional impact is the development of Tough Love Programs for DHS Contractor readiness, youth leadership, security discipline, corrective action, and professional attitude development. These programs would be designed to help redirect disruptive, entitled, radicalized, unfocused, or undisciplined attitudes into constructive service, personal responsibility, physical discipline, technical competence, and patriotic contribution.

The objective is not punishment; it is transformation through standards, accountability, mission, and mentorship. Your authorship and youth-development work also connect strongly with our education mission. Through Design Team Collaboration, youth will rotate into leadership discussions and participate in research, development, philanthropy, prototyping, manufacturing, emergency medical innovation, AI, robotics, aerospace, energy, and national-service-oriented projects. Your voice could help establish the discipline layer that turns opportunity into earned capability.

Finally, your Made-in-America position is deeply aligned with our manufacturing objectives. Design Team Collaboration and Machine Design Network are being structured to support domestic product development, custom machinery, scalable production, workforce formation, and patriotic innovation. We are not merely trying to create ideas; we are building the infrastructure to design, manufacture, commercialize, and deploy them.

I believe your participation would strengthen the initiative in several decisive ways: Military Security & International Activity Guide security culture, travel readiness, site discipline, situational awareness, international team conduct, and high-risk operating protocols..

Leadership Consulting & Industry Connections Help connect Design Team Collaboration with businesses that need disciplined design teams, problem-solving groups, manufacturing support, technical execution, and leadership development.

DHS Contractor Readiness Support the formation of corrective-action and discipline-based programs for contractor teams working in security-sensitive, emergency-response, infrastructure, and public-safety environments.

Youth Development & Tough Love Mentorship**Help shape a leadership pathway that teaches students responsibility, discipline, courage, ownership, resilience, fitness, and service before they enter high-stakes industries. Made-in-America Manufacturing Alignment

Strengthen the domestic production message behind DTC, MDN, 911 Emergency Medical Informatics, and future American-built innovation platforms. Book, Media, and Curriculum Development**Advise or collaborate on leadership manuals, youth curriculum, field guides, training programs, executive briefings, and patriotic innovation content.

The core mission is simple: build disciplined people, form strong teams, create American-made solutions, develop youth into leaders, and deploy innovation where it can protect life, create opportunity, and strengthen the nation.I would be honored to open a discussion regarding your potential role and the best structure for your participation, whether as a Board Member, Senior Leadership Advisor, Security & Discipline Program Advisor, or strategic partner through Echelon Front.

Strategic Bullet Points for Jocko’s Participation

1. International Security & Travel Doctrine**Jocko could help define the leadership and security framework for international travel, partner visits, student delegations, humanitarian activity, corporate tours, and overseas project scouting.

2. DHS Contractor Tough Love Programs**Develop structured corrective-action programs for contractor teams involving discipline, accountability, attitude correction, chain-of-command respect, physical readiness, situational awareness, and mission-first behavior.

3. Radical Attitude Redirection**Frame disruptive or radicalized mindsets into disciplined service pathways through mentorship, standards, physical training, civic responsibility, patriotism, technical skill development, and leadership accountability.

4. Design Team Leadership Culture**Use Echelon Front-style leadership principles to help DTC teams avoid excuse-making, fragmented communication, passive failure, unclear ownership, and weak execution.

5. Business-to-Design-Team Sales Channel**His consulting network and leadership credibility could help introduce DTC to companies needing engineering, product development, manufacturing, corrective-action consulting, operations support, and leadership training.

6. Youth Warrior-to-Innovator Pathway**Create a youth-facing program where discipline, fitness, reading, writing, technical projects, design challenges, public speaking, and service become part of a complete leadership-development model.

7. Made-in-America Manufacturing Message**Tie DTC and MDN into a patriotic domestic-manufacturing narrative: American design, American machinery, American youth, American factories, American emergency innovation.

8. Book & Curriculum Development**Develop DTC leadership books, youth manuals, DHS contractor readiness guides, international travel field guides, and “discipline for innovation” curriculum.

9. Emergency Response Discipline Layer**Support leadership doctrine for 911 Emergency Medical Informatics, field treatment systems, responder coordination, triage discipline, and security-aware deployment.

10. Executive Board Gravitas**His presence would immediately strengthen the Board’s military, leadership, youth, security, and American-manufacturing credibility.
